What We Support

Provide healing through advocacy of addiction recovery

As an alcoholic and now a Sober Modern Mom, Brittany Horschel is a passionate partner and active supporter for those impacted by alcohol addiction.  Through local outreach and support groups, along with an esteemed partnership with the PGA Tour, the Horschel Family Foundation strives to provide opportunities for healing and camaraderie, while also shining a light on mental health and addiction awareness nationally. It takes more than good intentions to live a sober life and the Foundation is working to serve as a support function with resources and education for those on the road to recovery.

Inspire Hope with Feeding Northeast Florida

Our neighbors are in need – with the soaring costs of food, gas and rent, more and more people are turning to food banks for help. As an advocate for our neighbors facing hunger, the Horschel Family Foundation is a proud supporter of Feeding Northeast Florida. Hunger exists in every county but with continued financial support from the Foundation and a commitment to the community we are working to solve hunger.

Honor our soldiers with K9s for Warriors

Serving those who have served our country means supporting our veterans living with the invisible wounds of war.  Roughly 20 veterans die by suicide every day and the Foundation is honored to contribute to an organization working to end veteran suicide. K9s for Warriors provides highly trained Service Dogs to military veterans living with PTSD.  Backed by scientific research, their programs empower veterans to live a life of dignity and independence.

Promote health through growing the game of golf

As a professional golfer, Billy is excited to utilize his experience and success to provide opportunities for young and minority golfers to grow their game.  Annually, the Horschel Family Foundation will host golf tournaments in Florida in partnership with both the APGA and AJGA organizations.
